First 30 Days:
- Complete comprehensive new hire orientation, equipping you with the necessary resources to excel.
- Gain insights into the operation of ticket marketplaces and your role in enhancing customer experiences.
- Integrate into the team and company culture, understanding business objectives and blithequark values.
- Familiarize yourself with our accounts and internal systems.
- Shadow colleagues, documenting your observations and insights from their interactions with customers.
First 90 Days:
- Perform core responsibilities with confidence and independence.
- Nurture internal and external relationships to drive progress and achieve objectives.
- Contribute to the development of our approaches, methods, and technologies to support business goals and enhance team efficiency.
- Understand and adhere to service level expectations, KPIs, and other critical metrics.
First 180 Days:
- Apply innovative methods to execute tasks, positively impacting the team.

What You'll Bring to blithequark
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably via phone, email, and live chat.
- A team-oriented mindset with a drive to contribute to the culture and growth of blithequark.
- A curious nature, always seeking to improve processes and outcomes.
- A genuine passion for live events, whether sports, concerts, or theatre.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Zendesk or similar help desk software.
Schedule and Work Environment
You'll work a hybrid schedule, splitting your time between our office and remote work. The schedule is as follows:
- 1:30pm-10:00pm with Thursday and Friday off (one rotation).
- 1:30pm-10:00pm with Monday and Tuesday off (another rotation).
This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid working model, allowing you to work from the office three days a week and remotely for two days.
