Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a broad understanding of enterprise data storage environments, including NAS, SAN, and DAS conditions, as well as other storage technologies
- Implement and maintain enterprise backup and data security technologies, ensuring the integrity and availability of critical data
- Efficiently manage and monitor reporting platforms and software, providing insights and recommendations to optimize data storage and management
- Define and implement trend-based storage design strategies, based on industry standards and best practices, to ensure scalability and performance
- Collaborate and communicate with application, database, server, and other technology teams on architecture and configuration selection, ensuring appropriate storage technology and design

Requirements

Essential Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in data storage or a related field, with emphasis on networking and storage protocols
- Industry knowledge and experience in large-scale SAN design and implementation, with a strong understanding of DellEMC, Cisco, and similar OEMs
- Proven expertise in enterprise storage administration, with skill in current and emerging data protection technologies
- Experience with NAS concepts and protocols (CIFS, NFS, and S3), as well as data synchronization technologies for both SAN and NAS
- Operating system administration skills (both Linux and Windows), with knowledge of VMWare concepts and administration
