Key Responsibilities
As an Entry-Level Assistant Manager Trainee, you'll be expected to lead from the front, drive daily operations, and provide exceptional service to our consumers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Attending all direct marketing campaigns and providing top-notch service to consumers at all times
- Managing the execution of daily in-office and direct marketing campaign functions
- Developing solid consumer relationships, addressing service needs, and answering questions confidently, timely, and honestly
- Providing strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement
- Assisting the Office Manager in daily employee scheduling and general management
- Liaising between management staff, employees, and customers
- Interviewing and developing company new hires to provide a seamless training process
- Serving as acting Location Manager when office executives are away
Essential Qualifications
