**Job Summary**
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of a high-volume, 24/7 contact center operation, responding to inquiries and requests from clients and other individuals. You'll provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, and multiple system adaptability to ensure an optimal member experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

**Essential Qualifications:**
