Job Overview The EQS Parts Repair Technician I is an exciting entry-level role that plays a critical part in our reconditioning process. As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for performing routine tasks involved in the reconditioning of parts used in the installation, remanufacturing, and repair processes of beverage dispensing equipment. Your attention to detail, technical skills, and ability to work independently will make you a valuable asset to our team. Key Responsibilities Preparation and Documentation: Prepares parts for remanufacturing process, including sorting, staging, and documenting as prescribed by standard operating procedures. Disassembly and Cleaning: Disassembles parts into their components and cleans them to ensure they meet our high standards. Testing and Inspection: Performs testing of pumps or other parts that are identified as low complexity and packages parts that have passed final testing and inspection. Work Environment Maintenance: Maintains a safe, clean, and neat work environment through proper housekeeping and organization. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: Basic Technical and Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills: You'll need to have a solid understanding of technical and mechanical principles to troubleshoot and repair equipment. Experience with Pneumatic and Manual Hand Tools: Experience using pneumatic and manual hand tools is preferred, but not required. Ability to Work with Minimal Supervision: You'll need to be able to work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative to complete tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent Attention to Detail: Your attention to detail is crucial in ensuring that parts are properly prepared, tested, and packaged. Lifting Ability: You'll need to be able to lift up to 75lbs, so physical stamina is essential for this role. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Knowledge of Fountain Operations: Knowledge of the functional operations of fountains and their ancillary components is preferred, but not required. Work Environment As an EQS Parts Repair Technician I, you'll work in a noisy and non-temperature-controlled environment, which can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. You'll need to be comfortable working in this environment and able to adapt to changing temperatures. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $15.20 to $19.00 per hour, depending on experience.
