Job Summary
The remote data entry specialist will be responsible for studying, resolving, and correcting records to ensure that our pharmacy adjudication system's eligibility records match the arenaflex enrollment package records. This role involves working with shared mailboxes and work queues, resolving problems from various regions within the company, discovering and resolving mistakes from numerous reports, reconciling eligibility among systems, record monitoring and tracking, and collaborating with multiple internal and external regions to create effective solutions to resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough studies and analysis of records to identify discrepancies and errors
- Resolve problems and correct records in a timely and efficient manner
- Work with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve issues from various regions within the company
- Discover and resolve mistakes from numerous reports, including eligibility reports and system reports
- Reconcile eligibility among systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Monitor and track records to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with multiple internal and external regions to create effective solutions to resolve issues
- Provide excellent verbal, written, and trouble-solving communication skills to ensure effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
