About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Evening Digital Customer Service Representative to join our tight-knit, collaborative team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for solving customers' problems via email and chat for a variety of clients. Essential Qualifications

- Type 40+ wpm with 99% accuracy, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
