- Obtain supplier certifications to stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends
- Research, plan, and book vacation packages for clients, utilizing time management skills to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize social media to maintain and market to our client base, promoting our services and building brand awareness
- Create itineraries and invoices, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Follow up with clients to prepare them for their travel adventures, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience
- Book online domestic and international travel packages, including cruises, hotel, air, car, activities, and event tickets
- Multi-task on various assignments while maintaining client satisfaction and delivering results-driven performance
