Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Executive Director of Online Investing Growth and Business Strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing non-marketing strategies for client acquisition across new and existing channels and sources. You will work closely with key partners across the organization, including Marketing, Product, Channels, and Finance, to drive business growth and expansion. Your expertise in wealth management, online brokerage, and robo-advisor industries will be essential in helping us navigate the rapidly evolving financial services landscape. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and acquisition of new accounts and assets for the Online Investing business Build and maintain strong internal relationships with various teams to bring the value of the firm to our clients Monitor industry trends, customer research, and behavioral data to anticipate future shifts and trends Coordinate with cross-functional partners to identify and prioritize acquisition strategies Partner with enterprise lines of business to execute acquisition strategies and track progress Develop senior presentations and business reviews to display success and communicate with senior audiences across the organization Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Bachelor's Degree or higher with 10+ years of experience in financial services, with experience in wealth management, online brokerage, and robo-advisor industries Strong product and strategy background with experience influencing partners across a large, diverse, global organization Self-starter with natural curiosity for the wealth management product, digital solutions, markets, and investing Proven success delivering business results for a self-directed business Experience engaging front-line employees to incentivize and influence desired behaviors Excellent attention to detail with strong communication skills (written and verbal) Preferred Qualifications and Skills In addition to the essential qualifications and skills, the following are preferred: Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience as an influential change agent Excellent quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills Licensing strongly recommended Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At J.P.
