You'll be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from concept to launch, and ensuring that our game meets the highest standards of quality, innovation, and entertainment value. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute a comprehensive production plan that aligns with the game's vision, budget, and schedule * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, art, and marketing, to ensure seamless communication and coordination * Manage and negotiate with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to secure resources, licenses, and other essential assets * Analyze and optimize the game's budget, schedule, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members * Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and collaboration within the team, encouraging experimentation and learning * Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in game development and production **Essential Qualifications** * Proven track record of successfully leading game development projects from start to finish, with a minimum of one shipped title on PC and/or console * Excellent knowledge of game production, including difficulties encountered by teams and tailored solutions * Strong understanding of game development tools and methodologies, including Jira and other project management software * Analytical skills to optimize budget and manage schedules and project resources * Knowledge of game development production finances and ability to manage budgets effectively * Excellent interpersonal skills and great verbal and written communication skills in English * Up-to-date knowledge of different game genres and ability to adapt to changing market trends **Preferred Qualifications** * Huge experience from both the game and movie industry * Deep knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 game production * Experience in the game industry in other positions, such as producer, director, or developer * Experience in sci-fi gaming genre * Strong experience in building and leading high-performing teams * Ability to present and follow up on the development strategy for the game * Help to define scope, milestones, and deliverables of the project **Skills and Competencies** * Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize budget and manage schedules and project resources * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong knowledge of game development tools and methodologies, including Jira and other project management software * Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in game development and production **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At Digital Nomad Entertainment, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills and careers.
