In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine your passion for sports with your exceptional customer support skills to provide an unparalleled experience for our customers. As a Fantasy Sports Enthusiast and Customer Service Specialist, you will support an interactive fantasy sports platform, providing player advice and resolving customer inquiries in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. If you dominate your Fantasy Sports league, year after year, and have a strong opinion on whether IDPs or a Team Defense is the better option, we want to hear from you!
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft programs and have strong knowledge of sports. Additionally, you will need to be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage your time effectively to meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15.25, as well as a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid training and PTO, and advancement opportunities. To work remotely with us, you will need to have excellent Internet connectivity, with internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download.
