We are currently seeking an experienced Filing and Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. Our team is comprised of talented professionals who share a passion for delivering exceptional results and making a positive impact. **Key Responsibilities** As a Filing and Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that will contribute to the smooth operation of our office. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Reviewing daily sales reports from gas stations and calculating timecards weekly * Maintaining and updating employee files, including making and upkeep of employee records * Assisting with other tasks within the office, as needed * Reviewing daily reports and store cash over/short reports, and addressing any issues with store managers * Entering daily sales data into our system * Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries * Running background checks and I-9 verifications for new employees * Printing and reviewing new employee hiring forms received from store managers * Calling store managers to follow up on missing or incomplete forms * Filing new employee forms into employee files and organizing documents into folders * Reviewing and printing invoices, and submitting vendor applications as needed * Refiling original documents into files and following up on missing and/or expired forms * Calculating employee timecards and printing timecard verifications for employees to sign **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: * 1 year of experience in clerical or filing, preferably in an office setting * 1 year of experience with computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and store managers * Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role: * Experience with data entry and filing systems * Knowledge of HR software and systems * Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements * Experience working in a fast-paced office environment **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and store managers * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
