Key Responsibilities Develop and execute project plans to deliver strategic F&A solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to leverage emerging technologies. Build relationships with key stakeholders to understand their functional and business needs, identifying opportunities for process improvements. Advance financial cycles, planning methodologies, systems, reports, and analyses, ensuring seamless integration with finance partners. Serve as the liaison between Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and application development teams to enable change and drive innovation. Perform ad-hoc analysis, modeling, and projects as needed, providing insights to inform business decisions. Continuously improve existing processes and systems, driving efficiency and effectiveness. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; postgraduate education preferred. 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, and finance technology, with a strong understanding of financial statements and tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in OneStream/CPM tools, SQL, and Power BI is highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications Experience with emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, or cloud computing. Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
