As a Controller, you will play a critical role in driving this growth, overseeing our financial operations, and ensuring that our systems and processes are scalable and efficient. Job Description and Duties As our ideal Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the month-end and quarter-end close process with accuracy and precision. You will work closely with our elite team to develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures that ensure accurate financial statements and proper record-keeping. Your duties will include: Managing bank accounts in multiple currencies (US and EUR) and adhering to transfer pricing policies Preparing and maintaining monthly cash flow forecasts to effectively manage cash balances Managing and leading audit, banking, and tax relationships, as well as driving annual audit and tax processes with advisors Overseeing payroll and benefits globally Managing financial systems and ensuring that they are up-to-date and efficient Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 10+ years of experience in finance, with a mix of public and private sector experience A CPA certification, or equivalent, is preferred Experience in the SaaS or software industry, with a strong understanding of revenue recognition and related issues International experience, with a focus on US Dollar and EURO FX work Experience with transfer pricing, consolidations, FX, and other related areas Skills and Competencies In addition to the qualifications listed above, we are looking for a candidate with: Strong technical skills, with experience in financial systems and software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our team and external partners A strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines A strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance issues Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
