As a part of our team, you will be part of a dynamic and diverse organization that values collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Business Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Pre-and post-examination of client programs, critical tasks, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing initiatives to support business decision making * Investigating the execution of various pilot projects while following a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing) * Maintaining and updating required tools based on business needs (e.g., BPM or Course Planning models) * Identifying errors, irregularities, and gaps in reporting and processes and providing solutions * Proactively searching for patterns and trends in the data to identify areas for improvement or opportunities for growth * Supporting the development and improvement of Coke Florida tools to enhance financial performance based on top-line to bottom-line switches with continued development of value chain capabilities * Modeling business scenarios based on analyzed data and business needs/requirements * Providing ad-hoc analyses and reporting as needed and developing strategic plans and recommendations * Any other related and assigned responsibilities **Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will require: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field * Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations with a focus on analysis, modeling, or forecasting * Experience in Management Consulting or Engineering is highly preferred * Strong Excel skills - Formulas, VLookups with modeling capabilities * Strong data analysis skills * Data visualization skills through Tableau or Microsoft Power BI * Proficiency in other MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Access, Word, Visio) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Understanding of Financial and Operating Performance Reporting * Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects * Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and support diverse stakeholders * Strong change management skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Willingness to exhibit entrepreneurial thinking to drive growth in overall business performance * Commitment to continuous learning and professional development **Preferred Qualifications:** * Advanced Excel skills including Visual Basic, simulations, solver, and SQL * Measurable analysis using R or similar tool * Knowledge of Edge Mind (Notable Intelligent Digger) or other data mining/sales reporting tools * Knowledge of SharePoint * Functional understanding of selling, delivery, warehouse, production processes * Project management or support experience **What We Offer:** * Competitive hourly rate of $26/hour * Opportunity to work with a global beverage leader * Flexible remote work arrangement * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Continuous learning and professional development opportunities * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and analytical professional looking to drive business growth and improvement, please submit your application, including your resume and cover letter, to [insert contact information].
