Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following essential qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of success in business development, including experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and manage business cases, proposals, and presentations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Preferred Qualifications
In addition to the essential qualifications, we are seeking candidates with the following preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in the advantages/healthcare counseling industry, including experience working with medical services partners, healthcare plans, and pharmaceutical companies.
- Experience in developing and managing business development strategies, including experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time for business purposes.
