Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving customer inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our customer care team to ensure that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively. This is a full-time remote opportunity that requires a high level of customer service skills, technical knowledge, and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize Filtering gear technology to find and pick orders through the Warehouse Management System.
- Proactively monitor order management systems to ensure that all orders have been received properly and that detailed descriptions are provided for any Overage/Deficiency/Damage issues.
- Identify units for storage or shipment accurately, and be comfortable with levels and repeatedly lifting as much as 75 pounds unassisted and moving items 150+ pounds unassisted or via team lift.
- Collaborate with the customer care team to ensure that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support to customers.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to read and communicate in English fluently.
- Comfortable with technology, including computers, software, and hardware.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory management software.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
