About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers, assisting in product selection and suggesting alternatives and options where applicable.
- Make business transactions, manage money, and process payments with precision, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Keep the sales area clean and organized, ensuring that merchandise is displayed correctly and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor product status and assist with returns and exchanges, collaborating with team members to achieve individual and team marketing goals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service, staying connected with product knowledge, promotions, and company policy.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner, following all company safety policies, procedures, and protocols.
Essential Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in a relevant field, such as business, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
- Experience in digital threat intelligence (CTI) systems and applications, with a strong understanding of CTI techniques and application ideas.
- US Government Top Secret/Touchy Compartmented Data with polygraph clearance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the utilization, handling, and analysis of strategic (specialized) CTI inside a functional climate, supporting checking, recognition, and reaction abilities.
- Comprehension of CTI techniques and application ideas, with the capacity to prompt and guide new CTI colleagues.
- Capacity to correspond crude insight from sensors, occurrence reaction commitment, and different sources into reports and briefings.
- Capacity to introduce composed or verbal data to specialized and non-specialized crowds.
- Capacity to take mind-boggling, uncertain points, construct procedures, and impact partners.
- A fantastic cooperative person with the capacity to work in speedy and constantly evolving conditions.
