**Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver exceptional customer service experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support
* Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner
* Enter application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
* Collaborate with our team to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
* Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulatory changes, and arenaflex's products and services
* Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure expertise in health insurance and arenaflex's platform
**Essential Qualifications**
* 18 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field
* Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices a plus
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
* Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
* Previous experience in a Call Center environment
* Familiarity with arenaflex's platform and products
* Spanish Bilingual a plus
