**About the Role**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative in our Healthcare industry team, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our clients' members. You'll work from home, interfacing with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the web. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing inbound customer support and resolving technical issues
* Assisting members with healthcare-related concerns, such as inquiries, appeals, and grievances
* Maintaining a strong customer focus and delivering expert customer experiences with a smile
* Navigating multiple systems efficiently and effectively
* Collaborating with your team to provide the best outcome for our members
**Your Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
* Verifiable High School diploma or GED
* Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
* Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments
* Strong customer service orientation and passion for helping others
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
