About the Role
blithequark is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our remote workforce. Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize and quickly build rapport with customers.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to navigate complex customer issues.
- Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
