Job Overview

careerzynith is seeking an accomplished Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary-to-hire basis. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries received through various channels, including phone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), and web-based portal, regarding information on programs and services.
• Record customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in customer interactions.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve problems to ensure that appropriate changes are made.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
• Communicate with supervisor regarding any potential needs or concerns.
• Perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of all information.
• Ability to comply with current and updated policies and procedures.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
• Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Cultural competency and ability to interact with a diverse population.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time.
