With a fun and friendly work environment, we're a great place to work and grow your career. **Job Summary** We're seeking experienced Customer Solutions Specialists to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a CSS, you'll be responsible for answering inbound member calls, navigating our computer program to locate members and identify nearby service providers, and providing exceptional customer care and support.
