**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be a central member of our Customer Service team responsible for creating and maintaining customer support reports within Business Intelligence (BI) tools. You'll analyze various data sources, including workforce management metrics, sales performance, and customer experience metrics, to identify trends and provide actionable insights to our leadership team. Additionally, you'll provide customer support to our seller partners and triage customer support data integrity issues with our design team. You'll work closely with our internal CS teams and seller partners to ensure accurate and effective use of workforce management and operational data across the customer service capability.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Create and maintain global customer support dashboards and reports for both internal stakeholders and seller partners within various BI tools like Tableau
* Collaborate with the arenaflex Data Insights team to migrate ad-hoc Tableau dashboards into arenaflex's custom data visualization tools
* Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in customer support data
* Provide level one support to seller partners and data consumers
* Work with Data Design teams to ensure timely resolution of data integrity issues
* Teach and train customers on how to effectively use and interpret reports and data
* Create and maintain up-to-date documentation, including data dictionaries, report definitions, and best practices
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements, business processes, and KPIs
* Prepare and present occasional executive-level reports on status, insights, and trends to inform and drive critical business decisions
* Develop and implement comprehensive and predictable methodologies, tools, and processes related to dashboard maintenance and reporting support
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Business, Data Science, or other relevant field or equivalent work experience
* 4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business acumen, preferably in a customer service or related functional setting
* Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
* Proven experience in creating complex reports, dashboards, and insights that provide meaningful insights to drive operational improvements
* Experience working with large datasets and performing data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity
* Project/program management, process improvement, influencing, presenting, and consulting skills
* Communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills – the ability to convey complex ideas in simple terms, including diverse audiences to drive results
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
* Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies
* Certification in data science, business analytics, or related field
* Experience with data visualization tools like D3.js, Matplotlib, or Seaborn
* Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git
