**Job Description:**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes. Your expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization will help us make informed decisions and drive business growth.
**Responsibilities:**
* Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to various data sources to enable informed business decisions
* Gain insights into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
* Develop and communicate results to a wide range of audiences
* Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to the management team
* Regularly utilize data, statistical and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive decision-making
* Guide less senior staff and work in cross-functional projects and initiatives
* Present to the management team and other stakeholders
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline such as science, engineering, operations research, finance, or economics
* Five (5) years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business reasoning, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis
* Proficient in analysis software and applications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry
* Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis
* Microsoft Power BI
* Microsoft Power Apps
* Alteryx
* Python/R
* Automation
* Financial Information
* Basic Accounting Information
* Proficient in analysis software and applications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
