**Job Summary**
We're looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Intel Computer Vision and Automation team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving success by leveraging your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and automation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate the most critical issues affecting the safety and integrity of our platform.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Influence SQL to build robust and flexible data pipelines and workflows that automate data collection, enhancement, and delivery, amplifying the team's impact.
* Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, effectively translating complex Trust and Safety Intelligence needs into clear, actionable requirements for data solutions.
* Establish standardized processes and methodologies for data analysis that can be applied across various domains, ensuring consistency and efficiency in generating actionable insights.
* Transform raw data into compelling visualizations and reports that clearly communicate key findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
* Work with sensitive content or situations and may be exposed to realistic, contentious, or disturbing themes or content.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Four-year college education or equivalent practical experience.
* 1 year of experience in data analysis, data science, insights, or related fields.
* Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) and the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
* Experience with data visualization, experimentation, and causal inference.
* Experience in Trust and Safety, Intel, or strategy.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Graduate degree in a relevant field.
* Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data aggregation/processing, visualization/dashboarding, or involvement with a scripting/programming language (e.g., Python).
* Experience with machine learning, automation, and data engineering.
**Skills and Competencies**
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex issues into actionable insights.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
