Job Description
shopDisney APAC is seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our data analysis team, you will be responsible for supporting the Online Business Development Chief in all aspects of data analysis, including data collection, data preparation, data visualization, and data-driven decision-making. The primary goal of this role is to transform data into actionable, objective-driven reports that inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various digital channels, including websites, social media, email marketing, and advertising platforms to create meaningful insights that improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Responsible for managing all data, including advertising data, customer data, website data, product data, and operational data, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and opportunities to develop and implement data-driven solutions that enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth.
- Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform business decisions and drive business performance.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that empower teams to visualize data insights and track performance.
- Develop and maintain documentation that outlines data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses as requested by stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including leaders, marketing teams, and external partners.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns and trends, and create actionable insights.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and experience working with databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Microstrategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work across a range of stakeholders to support their digital projects, providing data and insights on audiences, measurement, and performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling.
- Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or R.
- Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives.
