What You'll Do
As an Information Section Subject Matter Expert at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying data to support a wide range of ERM and risk assessment goals, compliance requirements, and situation recall sites.
- Gathering and processing data from various data systems throughout our US and global organizations; creating dashboards that help stakeholders scope risk and measure the maturity of related controls; developing custom reports as needed.
- Applying expertise in analysis techniques and tools to develop robust and standardized methodologies for assessing risk. Drawing insights and relationships from data and communicating impacts to compliance experts, lawyers, and business leaders.
- Providing input on new and emerging risk areas using data-driven analysis. Soliciting feedback and aiding in the continuous improvement of our ERM and risk assessment processes.
What You'll Bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Deep SQL skills and proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, Big Query, PowerApps, and Dataiku.
- Experience working on legal, compliance, ERM, or risk assessment matters.
- Excellent skills in developing meaningful insights and using data to 'tell a story'.
- Proficiency in coding using R or Python.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
