**Job Summary**
As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in driving a culture of quality, efficiency, and innovation within our organization. You'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Perform and assist others in the Quality Control group in collecting, verifying, and analyzing data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
* Help create and present results from complex data analysis for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leaders and business partners.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore ad-hoc requests related to maintenance issues and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
* Present findings, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to facilitate stakeholder understanding.
* Assist in developing and disseminating specific queries to extract and organize data from various sources, defining the scope, and ensuring the relevance of the data requirements.
* Identify irregularities in processes through reviews and surveys, and communicate findings to the team.
* Assess the effectiveness of processes and strategies by monitoring for patterns and errors.
* Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision.
* Perform other work assignments as directed by the Group Leader.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as data analysis, business administration, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets with precision and accuracy.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and findings to diverse audiences.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Familiarity with data visualization tools and software, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with data analysis software, such as Alteryx, QuickBase, or similar tools.
