**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our call center operations, ensuring seamless communication with patients, and maintaining accurate records. You'll work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues, and drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities**
* Utilize arenaflex's solution information entry strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering data into our proprietary system.
* Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for processing.
* Investigate missing medication data, decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolve all data entry-related issues.
* Handle correspondence with patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as needed.
* Settle external exceptions by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements.
* Make phone calls to guarantors and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or resolve external exceptions.
* Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
* Obtain a dynamic specialist license or certification within the initial 90 days and maintain a valid professional license or certification.
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
* Basic computer skills (e.g., starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online).
* Basic web search skills (e.g., opening a browser, typing URLs in the address bar, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing online forms).
* Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports).
* Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
* 18 years or older.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment.
* At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency.
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
* Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports).
* Familiarity with Spanish and English.
