Your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing daily IT support and services, including troubleshooting, technical analysis, and solution development * Monitoring and reporting on the start-to-finish delivery of services, proactively communicating issues to clients and providing alternative solutions as needed * Coordinating and communicating support issues across various vendors and providers to resolve affected issues * Ensuring client concerns are addressed promptly and effectively * Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the Client Services portfolio of services and establishing clear relationships with all areas of IT service delivery * Executing and handling continuous improvement initiatives to better empower client solutions * Collaborating with Venture Innovation product managers and engineers in process and planning practices in accordance with the chief and broad client community * Adhering to organizational policies, procedures, and standards * Building and maintaining documentation as required in the knowledge base * Providing home IT support and solutions to designated clients * Offering late-night support for IT projects, special events, high-priority incidents, and chief client requests as needed **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3 years of experience or 7 years of relevant work experience * Experience working in an IT client support role, delivering a customized experience * Proven ability to handle client calls with professional interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently while maintaining and providing transparency to key stakeholders * Capacity to analyze complex business/technical information and develop creative solutions * Experience focusing on and managing expectations in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations while maintaining integrity * Ability to communicate technical information to clients in a manner consistent with their technical expertise * Compassion * Ability to lift, carry, and move computer equipment * Ability to work in a production-type environment requiring adaptable work arrangements **Preferred Capabilities:** * Practical knowledge of Video Conferencing and A/V advancements in an enterprise environment * Experience using and supporting iOS, Apple/Macintosh devices, Windows, Dynamic Catalog, Trade/Standpoint, SharePoint, enterprise collaboration tools **Work Arrangements:** * Employees are required to be on-site at the organization location for at least 4 days * Additionally, employees can choose to work 1 day from home as long as they can be on-site if needed * Understand that the organization can change the work arrangement at any time * Employees should be prepared to provide support during nights and weekends **Compensation and Benefits:** * The employing range for this position is based on an hourly work week, with the number of hours planned each week varying based on business needs * The base salary offered will consider internal value and may vary based on the candidate's geographic location, work-related experience, skills, and qualifications among other factors * A bonus or long-term incentive units may be given as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of clinical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the level and position advertised **How to Apply:** If you believe you have what it takes to join our team, submit your application without delay.
