**Job Summary**
We're seeking an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team, responsible for managing and maintaining our web and cloud application development projects. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our designers, organizers, and cross-functional partners to ensure the successful delivery of our projects. Your expertise in data entry, analysis, and process improvement will be instrumental in driving business growth and innovation.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with a team of designers and organizers to address the global fleet of Outsider Server farms (3PDC)
* Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, gather and analyze data, and develop actionable insights
* Plan and automate metrics, building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
* Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and make business suggestions based on 3PDC data
* Identify, communicate, and collaborate with partners within multiple teams to drive impact and work towards shared objectives
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, information technology, business administration)
* 3+ years of experience in data entry, analysis, and process improvement
* Strong understanding of data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau)
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience in technical program management or project management
