About the Role: Inbound Chat Sales Representative
We're on the hunt for a highly motivated and tech-savvy professional to join our team as an Inbound Chat Sales Representative, specifically for our blithequark clients in the cloud technology sector. As a bilingual German and English speaker, you'll be responsible for generating sales leads and providing exceptional customer experiences through chat web applications. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a product and service advocate for blithequark clients, building interest and awareness of their value proposition
- Quickly articulate technical and business value propositions via chat, showcasing your ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Effectively navigate through multiple web applications and multiple web chat sessions simultaneously, demonstrating your ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Achieve established sales goals and objectives, with a focus on generating high-quality sales opportunities for the sales team
- Learn quickly and maintain a current, comprehensive knowledge of blithequark clients' products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends
What You Need to Succeed:
- Minimum one year of direct sales experience, with telesales or B2B sales experience preferred
- Fluency in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous web chat experience in a work-related environment, with the ability to navigate multiple chat sessions simultaneously
- Solid understanding of cloud-based technology, including cloud storage and file synchronization
- Prior experience responding to customers' requests for sales and service, ensuring delivery of an exceptional customer experience
- Prior experience nurturing leads and profiling customers to identify sales opportunities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant computer software and hardware
- Excellent sales skills with proven ability to maximize sales results
- Results-oriented with proven success in sales attainment and ability to excel in a team environment
- Tech-savvy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technology
- Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional, with the ability to effectively multitask in a dynamic environment

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation package for this role, including:
- A basic salary of €32,000 per annum, with an additional variable bonus component of €6,000
