Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Marketing Analytics Professional to join our team and drive business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making. As a key member of our Google Marketing Analytics team, you'll be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid media.
- Report business performance and identify areas of opportunity for growth and improvement.
- Develop and present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including business leaders and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to drive business growth and innovation.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or a related field.
- Proven experience with data analysis, data visualization, and data storytelling.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with SQL and data manipulation languages, such as Python or R.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent graduate degree in a related field.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo or Pardot.
- Experience with sales force automation platforms, such as Salesforce.
- Experience with data science tools, such as Python, R, or Julia.
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Google Cloud or Amazon Web Services.
