About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the development and execution of our Amazon At Home Jobs marketing strategy. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for driving the growth and engagement of our membership-based services, leveraging data-driven insights to inform your decisions and optimize campaign performance.

Job Summary

The Full Stack Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy for our Amazon At Home Jobs platform, driving membership growth, engagement, and retention. This role will require a deep understanding of marketing principles, data analysis, and campaign execution, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of creative campaigns to acquire new members, leveraging data-driven insights to inform your decisions and optimize campaign performance.

Use data-driven experiences to advance campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, CRM/email, application, and website pages.

Work closely with Marketing, Product, TPM, and Customer Care teams to ensure members receive exceptional experiences that drive business growth.

Write and review briefs and pitch documents for campaigns and initiatives that support the growth of the Amazon At Home Jobs business.

Collaborate with Product, Business Development, and On-Site Experience teams to align marketing strategies with product upgrades, promotions, and events, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Work closely with Content and Creative teams to develop compelling membership-related content and campaigns, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all customer-facing efforts.

Audit and approve client-facing resources, communications, and campaigns related to Memberships across markets.

Review and prioritize campaign requests related to Memberships, working cross-functionally to optimize resources and budgets.

Act as the primary point of contact for the Marketing team across all Memberships launches globally and serve as the primary point of contact for all product launches related to Memberships Marketing.

Use data to measure campaign performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Lead continuous customer and market research, and oversee testing to advance every campaign and develop innovative ideas across channels.

Essential Capabilities

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

4+ years of demonstrated experience in marketing, preferably in B2C, e-commerce, technology, or gadgets industries.

4+ years of creating and executing successful marketing strategies that drive membership growth and retention.

4+ years of demonstrated ability in analyzing marketing performance metrics and customer insights.

4+ years of experience working across digital marketing channels, including paid and organic social, search, display, video, and on-site advertising.

4+ years of composing client-facing content and directing creative teams while executing directly on marketing efforts across channels.

4+ years of executing income-driving marketing efforts across various regions and countries for diverse audience segments.

4+ years of demonstrated experience promoting and directing cross-functional teams.

4+ years of demonstrated writing, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence partners at all levels.

4+ years of demonstrated growth and innovation, with a customer-driven approach to marketing.

4+ years of experience overseeing and scaling a high volume of creative assets and campaign types simultaneously.

4+ years of following effort ROAS, budget management, and allocation of critical budget and resources to maximize return on investment.

Preferred Capabilities

Strong understanding of the smart home category and emerging trends.

Strong organizational and project management skills to plan, execute, and track multiple marketing efforts simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

Innovative, yet logical mindset with the ability to use data to drive independent direction and measure campaign effectiveness.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for growth.

Knowledge of the Amazon ecosystem and familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.

Ability to provide leadership, mentorship, and build internal culture.

Skilled at working in a cross-functional organization.

Comfortable in a hyper-growth, fast-paced, and self-starter environment for a large consumer brand.

Shown ability to decipher marketing data and analysis to draw insights, make data-driven decisions, and enhance campaign performance.

Proficiency in tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or other analysis platforms.
