We are seeking a talented Senior Developer to join our team and help us achieve our ambition of becoming the creative partner-of-choice for building seamless customer experiences.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer to join our OnBrand Production team. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for executing development for multiple parallel project engagements, writing high-quality code for digital platforms, and producing, maintaining, and modifying digital experiences and user interfaces. You will partner with our UX/UI, copy, and design teams to develop the overall look and design of digital experiences, ensuring that best practices regarding accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and ease of use are included early on in project ideation.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute development for a range of multiple parallel project engagements, prioritizing tasks and managing timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
- Write high-quality code for digital platforms using HTML, CSS, and Javascript, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Produce, maintain, and modify digital experiences and user interfaces, ensuring seamless and intuitive user interactions.
- Partner with the UX/UI, copy, and design teams to develop the overall look and design of digital experiences, providing input and expertise to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.
- Ensure that best practices regarding accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and ease of use are included early on in project ideation, conducting research and analysis to inform design and development decisions.
- Develop an overall development approach and guide other developers through execution to delivery, providing proactive coaching, feedback, and oversight to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Partner with the QA team to troubleshoot and resolve defects, identify patterns, and use learnings to optimize overall development processes, ensuring continuous improvement and quality assurance.
- Ensure all digital experiences align to industry standards and best practices, staying up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in digital development.
