**Focus in Distributed Systems Development:**

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance, and fault-tolerant distributed systems
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and technical program managers
* Contribute to the open-source community and contribute back to arenaflex's OSS
* Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical debt reduction efforts
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
* Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth and development of the team
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in building large-scale distributed systems features or applications
* Strong understanding of distributed systems concepts, including scalability, availability, and consistency
* Experience with Java or other object-oriented programming languages
* Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or GCP
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with containerization using Docker or Kubernetes
* Familiarity with distributed databases, such as Apache Cassandra or Apache HBase
* Knowledge of cloud-native technologies, such as serverless computing or event-driven architectures
* Experience with DevOps tools, such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD
* Strong understanding of security principles and best practices
