**Job Description**
We are seeking an Experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team. As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and secure software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work collaboratively with our cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design solutions, and implement them using a range of technologies.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure software solutions using a range of technologies, including Java, Python, Scala, and Big Data technologies.
* Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design solutions, and implement them.
* Work with our data engineering team to design and implement data pipelines that feed our business intelligence systems.
* Develop and maintain high-quality code that is secure, scalable, and maintainable.
* Collaborate with our testing team to ensure that our software solutions meet the required quality standards.
* Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve the quality of our codebase.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry and apply them to our solutions.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack development.
* 2+ years of experience with Java, Python, Scala, and Big Data technologies.
* 2+ years of experience with data engineering and data science technologies, including Hadoop, Hive, HBASE, Kafka, Nifi, and social data set frameworks like MS SQL Server, Prophet, Teradata.
* Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, testing, and code quality.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Experience with cloud-based frameworks like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
* Certified Designer/Engineer on AWS.
* Strong experience with continuous integration and delivery using Light-footed techniques.
* Experience with data engineering and data science in the transportation/aviation industry.
* Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
