Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to external content creation teams regarding the use of content tools, ensuring seamless integration and efficient workflow.
- Create comprehensive reference materials and provide training to get external teams up to speed with the toolset, promoting knowledge sharing and adoption.
- Solve and debug possible issues with tools and workflows to quickly resolve issues for users, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Escalate complex or problematic issues to the tool development team, working with production to track these issues in JIRA and ensuring effective communication.

Essential Qualifications
Education and Experience
