Job Summary
As an Account Executive at United States Key Record Administrations, you will play a critical role in identifying, qualifying, and onboarding new sales partners into our Paid service programs. You will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base. This is a full-time remote opportunity that requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and Qualify New Sales Partners: Research and identify potential sales partners that align with our business goals and values. Qualify leads through consultative conversations and presentations.
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement a sales plan that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base. Utilize a consultative approach to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Build Relationships with Key Decision-Makers: Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing customer organizations. Develop a deep understanding of their businesses and needs.
- Present Solutions and Close Deals: Present our Paid service programs to prospective sales partners and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Manage Sales Pipeline: Develop and manage a sales pipeline that ensures a consistent flow of new leads and opportunities.
- Analyze Sales Data and Metrics: Analyze sales data and metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, and customer success teams, to ensure alignment and drive business growth.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Sales Experience: At least 4 years of sales experience in e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or software industries.
- Business-to-Business Sales Experience: Proven experience in business-to-business sales, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Demonstrated ability to utilize a consultative sales approach to drive revenue growth.
- Leadership and Influence: Proven ability to influence at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM Tools: Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, including experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
