Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a Data Entry Specialist at Blithequark, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data related to shipments, deliveries, and customer information. You will work closely with our logistics team to ensure that our systems are up-to-date and accurate, and that our customers receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter shipment and delivery data into our system, ensuring that all information is complete and accurate.
- Update customer information as required, ensuring that our records are current and accurate.
- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system, paying close attention to detail and ensuring that all information is correct.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information, handling all data with care and discretion.
- Assist with generating reports as needed, providing insights and analysis to help inform logistics decisions.
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly data entry targets, working efficiently and effectively to achieve goals.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
