About the Role
As an Apple At-Home Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Follow Apple's documented troubleshooting flow to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Must be enrolled in at least one class at a four-year accredited university in the U.S., pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher through December of 2025 or later.
- Preferred majors include technical, business, and communications.
- A minimum GPA of 2.7 is preferred.
- Experience with iOS, smartphones, tablets, PCs, or Macs.
- Aptitude for acquiring technical troubleshooting skills and an eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
