Key Responsibilities:
- Teach a 3/3 load of introductory and intermediate-level courses in macroeconomics, microeconomics, and/or econometrics in a large class environment
- Work collaboratively with a team of instructors to develop and deliver high-quality educational experiences for students
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to engage students and promote academic success
- Contribute to the development of curriculum and course materials
- Participate in departmental and university-wide events, including academic and professional development opportunities
- Demonstrate a commitment to building an inclusive, equitable, and diverse campus community
Essential Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Economics or a related field by the appointment date
- Strong teaching record, with experience teaching large classes
- Ability to effectively communicate complex economic concepts to students at various levels

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with curriculum development and course design
- Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technologies
