Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Call Center Agent, Customer Relations to join our team. As a remote customer service representative, you'll be responsible for responding to customer calls, emails, chats, and letters in a professional and empathetic manner. Your goal will be to delight our valuable pharmacy customers by providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls, emails, chats, and letters in a timely and professional manner, upholding blithequark's purpose and values.
- Serve as a customer advocate, researching and resolving customer concerns in a remote, inbound customer contact center setting.
- Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner.
- Review and process incoming phone calls, emails, chats, and letters, and respond to customers either on the phone or via written communications.
- Utilize strong PC skills and toggle between different applications to efficiently manage customer inquiries.
- Articulate program details to customers over the telephone and in writing, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 consecutive year of experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office.
- Flexibility in work schedule and ability to complete a paid company training program.
- Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish (strongly preferred).
- Prior inbound Call Center experience.
- Previous experience working from home (a plus).
- Prior retail experience or Pharmacy experience.

Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate: $17.00 per hour to start, with a pay range of $17.00 - $34.15.

Work Schedule:
Candidates must be available and flexible to work between the hours of 9am-8pm, Eastern Time. Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday. This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week. Days off may not be consecutive.
