Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an interpreter over the phone in a timely and efficient manner.
• Handle high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a highly satisfying customer experience.
• Utilize strong computer skills and ability to learn new software to effectively manage client interactions and resolve issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven success in a previous customer service or call center position.
• Ability to work remotely in emergency situations and potentially on-site in the future.
• Personal computer with working camera and internet connection (required for remote work).
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
