Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative III at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing a variety of critical support tasks, including answering questions, providing insights, instructions, and assistance for patient scheduling for heart scans at home. You will work in a fast-paced, remote call center environment, handling a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, and utilizing the Caption platform to schedule appointments, modify/cancel existing appointments, and resolve customer complaints.

Compensation and Benefits

Schedule and Hours

The schedule for this role is Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM through 4:30 AM, covering half of the 2nd shift and half of the 3rd shift. Training is provided on the first shift.
