About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to high-volume inbound calls from individuals involved in car accidents, providing empathetic and professional support.
- Assess clients' needs and provide guidance on their legal rights after a car accident.
- Utilize your knowledge of auto insurance to answer clients' questions and offer support.
- Coordinate with attorneys and other stakeholders to facilitate connections between clients and legal professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide detailed reports as needed.
- Continuously improve your knowledge of auto insurance, legal processes, and industry developments to provide the best possible support to clients.

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in customer support, with a proven track record of providing excellent service.
- 1 year of experience with phone etiquette, including handling high-volume calls.
- 1 year of experience in legal intake, preferably for personal injury firms.
- Strong knowledge of auto insurance and how it works.
- Familiarity with legal rights after a car accident is strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 1 year of experience in insurance, preferably in claims adjusting or a related role.
- 1 year of experience in direct sales or a related field.
