Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Technical Requirements:
- High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite).
- A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone.
- Quiet, secured workspace.
- Personal Qualities:
- 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED.
- Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette.
- Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting.
- Must be able to thrive in a highly structured environment.
- Schedule with open availability (evenings and weekends required).

- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
