As an Enrollment Services Advisor, you will play a critical role in guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience from inquiry to onboarding.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Enrollment Services Advisor to work remotely on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for enrolling students into various degree programs, serving as a liaison between students and university departments, and upholding the university's core values. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Enrollment and Support: Identify and qualify prospective students, maximize opportunities through outbound telephone calls, and conduct enrollment services interviews.
- Communication and Relationship Building: Develop effective relationships with prospective and existing students, communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders, and create a student experience that generates excitement about our programs.
- Process and Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate and timely notes in student population management tools, adhere to university policies and procedures, and participate in required training and professional development opportunities.
- Performance and Quality Assurance: Meet minimum expectations for performance, participate in coaching and feedback sessions, and continuously improve skills and knowledge to excel in the role.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; 60 college-level credits or equivalent learning experience preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales, or education; experience with CRM systems and student information systems preferred.
- Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relatable CRM Experience: Experience with customer relationship management systems, such as Salesforce or similar.
- College-Level Credits: 60 college-level credits or equivalent learning experience.
