About the Role
As a Customer Service / Dispatcher, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers and ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. This is a 24/7 operation, and we're looking for someone who can work a variable schedule, including evenings, overnights, and weekends. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems
- Dispatch locksmiths to customer locations, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery
- Manage and coordinate multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Collaborate with internal teams, including locksmiths, management, and other customer service representatives
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Provide exceptional customer experiences, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, dispatch, or a related field; no experience necessary, we will train the right candidate
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to type 35+ words per minute
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work a variable schedule, including evenings, overnights, and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bi-lingual abilities (English and Spanish)
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
- Knowledge of locksmith services and industry trends
